There is no question about a few things in the coming years, if Dumbya gets elected in 2004 :

* Payroll taxes will be increased.
* FICA and general revenues will continue to be commingled.
* The rich will get more tax-cuts
* There will be a draft (w/ some loopholes so that the rich can escape, while the poor and middle-class get screwed).
