It's too bad Breen flapped his jaws, particularly if he had nothing to back up the claim. If the jury is made aware of his 9/11 brain fart, his burden of proof goes way up. I suspect he had a good case, otherwise.

It would be very cool if Court-TV picked it up, but I doubt it since there is no blood 'n gore.
