Wall Street predicted Bush would win. It turned out to be an accurate barometer. Maybe they knew Jeb had fixed the Florida voter rolls. Whatever the case, the recession started in March 2001. There was no Clinton recession. And the phony energy crisis by the Bushies helped tip us into recession. 100 billion in gouging will do that.
