Well AC the fascists and imperialists were pretty good at it also as I recall. The genocide of Armenians for example: armenians.com As to communism well the problem is separating the economic theory from the political means used for implementation.. ie. it got hijacked by some bad dudes at times.. I seriously doubt China will be terribly communist at the end of my life.. say 25-35 years hence ? Remember all the folk fleeing Hong Kong for the West ? Now many seem to be headed for Shanghai ... Unfortunately in Russia it turned out a little too much like 4 legs good two legs better. I think history will look favourably on the results in China though.. regards Kastel got to go do my 8K with the dog before she drives us nuts...
