Jim, re: The RE market is still bubbling, a lot of which was due to Clints cap gain tax cut on a home sale. If you hate tax cuts, you must really hate Bush. re: I can say one thing for Clint, he knew how to start a bubble and leave before it crashed or nearly in case of the stock market. How, specifically, did he "start the bubble"? Was it the evil part about balancing the budget? Cutting military spending? Slowing the growth of government? Getting BJ's? Give me ONE specific, PLEASE.
