Don't forget that foreigners can buy the whole US with no money down or only 5% down at the current market rate. That is a great leverage position. LOL

Suppose....If I have no debt, own my house free and clean, and my bank gives me plenty line of credit. If I don't invest and only put cash in the bank on a CD, or buy US treasuries. Inflation and weak dollar eat my savings away. Does that make me a poor money manger? Is it my own fault?
