Ok. What country did Iraq invade or was amassing troops to attack from 2000 on?

The army wasn't in shambles

What we saw post war was a bunch of garrisoned broken down tanks and personnel carriers. How many fighter aircraft did Iraq get up in the air?

It is impossible to point out a trend to you.

The trend was that Iraq's military capability was decreasing over the last decade; even Israel made that observation.

Re: shiny mosques ..... it's my observation that mosques are pretty darn important in Muslim countries.
