I'm familiar with the previous control group for this company having worked for a sister company to ABP for two years.

I don't owe them any favours but I can say the Brock group is a reletively honest hard working group. Although you could never fault anyone for becoming impatient with them, they can be slower than watching paint dry at times, of course having three active companys within the group doesn't help matters.

I seen the news release from the new group about the Hawaii property and it sounds kinda fishy to me! Are they a mining company or one of these "All things to all people" type of companies? Looks like to me someone within the new group had a hot little real estate deal which they wanted to run through a public company in order to forgo any tax liablilities on their part. If I was a shareholder in this company I would be asking some tough questions of management on this matter and I would be sure to follow the paper trail on this little transaction in the future, just to see who is really going to benefit from this transaction, is it the shareholders or management!

As far as I'm concerned real estate and mining exploration is not a good mix! I know shareholders may be happy now that a new group which appears to be provideing some short term relief to the sagging share price, but in the long run, my feeling is the Brock group probably would have the best interests of shareholders at heart.

None the less the Brock group has received their wake up call and have probably learnt a valuable lessen, which is "If you want us to hold your paper....then perform!"
