Wow! If everyone thought the recent jobless claims numbers were "encouraging", how 'bout today's payroll numbers? 126k net new jobs for Oct vs estimates of 65k, PLUS they revised last months 57k gain to +125k. Two strong months in a row - I guess it's a "jobless recovery" no more. BTW, wholesale inventories also rose ahead of expectations - a little inventory rebuilding will boost Q4 GDP numbers. Bob
