I haven't looked that closely to to try and determine why - maybe someone else knows. In percentage terms, NVLS, KLAC, AMAT and TER were down 2.95, 2.22, 1.41, and 0.2 percent respectively, and in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 9th place respectively from the worst performers to the best. It was not a good day for the semi-equips. Don
