Anecdotal is always appreciated by me- I am the queen of anecdote. I did come across that explanation, by the way, that PBA could apply to any stage in a pregnancy, but is often confused with late-term abortions. I'll be interested in seeing what you find. I was just listening to a talk show while I made tomato basil soup. It seems a girl was given hickeys (hickies?) in a middle school in the area. She claimed they were forced on her; he said it was consensual. He was suspended and his parents punished him, but now he is being charged with assault. There were no witnesses, although during the program someone called in and said there was one who said it was not consensual. I have a problem with taking this into the courts. If anything, get him counseling. But middle school? These kids are only half human, struggling to emerge from their primitive states. I can't see ruining this kid's life because of a hickey. All the women calling in were against the boy. Maybe I just am sympathetic because I have boys?
