Not that it matter to the stock price, but what do you make of this Nike suit. There is no doubt that it is "tit for tat." Unless Oakley is supremely stupid, when they signed Jordan, they had to know whether or not they could use his image in ads. And if they couldn't, why the hell would they sign him. Just lawsuit crap.
