ELP will privatized. It should have been already. But the resiatnce was strong. The Brazilian government keeps roling its debt to the next government. Just look at the recent agreement with the IMF. Just pushing the debts to be paid by the next government after Lula. One day it has to be paid, then there's no alternaive but to sell ELP, Petrobras, the energy distributors and generators.
