A. Cody, can you fill us in a little more on your impressions of CKFR when you worked there? How is morale? Is it a happy shop? Is there a team feeling?

I'm pleased to hear from your most recent post that the company is focused on market share and efficiencies in their core business rather than "cool new products." What I find so attractive about this company is that they already have a good product, while others sweat to produce concepts, prototypes and vaporware. But keeping Microsoft and IBM at bay will require relentless attention to quality and efficiency. And call me old-fashioned, but it seems to me well-treated employees are far more likely to deliver quality and efficiency.

So, how did it look from inside?
