Tradelite, thanks for that article. It was very accurate. A good real estate agent/loan officer should explain all that to borrowers, but many do not. Many borrowers are so shortsighted that they jump at the "no cost" or "no point" loans, but fail to understand that nothing is free, and they may end up paying more in the end.
