a real goodie from the congress.org website Subject: The worst thing to happen to the U.S To: President George Bush November 2, 2003 Today as I read about the chopper that was shot down in Iraq killing 15 soldiers headed for R&R, I couldn't help but feeling that your presidency is the singlemost damning thing to happen to the U.S. in the recent past. Yes even worse than 9/11. Your unelected regime has put our children in harms way. Lies roll of your tongue with ease and you care not that your actions truly undermine our shaky democracy. Every time I see your smug smile it sickens me. I look back to our last President and the state of the Union and it seems like paradise compared to the hell into which you have plunged us. I can't wait until the election so we can get you and your dad's cronies out of the White House. Sedona , AZ
