Steve, Located in Northern Wisconsin (Valhalla of the socialists and tree-huggers), just south of the UP. Invited CC for outings, as I have Frank and Que. No takers yet. My wireless thermometer is too close to the house for accurate readings, but I don't doubt your temps. Same was confirmed today by a friend who lives up on da' Range. Sticking with Canroy's until the picture becomes more clear and when the charts suggest the institutions are buying. IMO, it is too early, though local predictions for the Central US suggest a long cold winter. Last year I was still fishing out of a boat after Thanksgiving. No way now. Ice covers all the smaller and medium lakes. Suspect many are ice fishing. It is abnormally cold all the way to Texas. Hope for Frank, yet. whitepine
