My final word on the subject. I think everyone can agree that AIPN needs cash. The license fee payment which was in cash was a partial payment, the rest to be paid in stock, if the stock doesn't at the levels stipulated in the agreement, then it looks to me like someone isn't gonna get paid. Ever hear the phrase, "beggars can't be choosers"? Good luck. bp
