I'm not sure it is one of the freest, if you take into account our puritanical laws, nor do I think it is all that just. I favor countries that have the judge more involved in cases, because it helps redress the grievous discrepancies in justice between those with money, and those without. Having studied various legal systems, I do not find ours to be all that just, and certainly not one of the most just. You obviously have a puritanical streak and wish to punish people for certain behaviors that are not per se destructive to anyone else. We probably have nothing further to discuss here- I totally repudiate your model, and what is more it is clear it doesn't work. We merely imprison more and more people- we're not fixing anything. Your model is the same failed model that led to prohibition, which did not work either, yet, you learn no lesson from that. I see no point in taking this further. I hate wasting my time.
