I'm surprised that you think AIPN paid anything like a license fee to anyone. You simply do not understand the facts in this situation. AIPN never paid for a license. What it paid for was a 70% equity interest in MSUP. It is MSUP that owns the License which it acquired when the government transferred it from DANK which also has an equity interest in MSUP.

To be honest, I havn't the faintest idea as to what that phrase has to do with the AIPN/MSUP deal. I do not expect an explanation since I sense that you are getting a bit irritated with my efforts to correct the content of you recent posts.

Just trying to be helpful...and factual...as irritating as that might be.
