I would like to know how law enforcement is going to catch people not going through a licensed dealer. Ultimately you need a record, just like automobiles. They won't catch someone until they show they world that they are stupid, and that is just how it should be. If stupid people are caught with guns they are flaunting or caught being stupid and having guns by the by, then they are exactly the people who should be supressed. TP
