perhaps sooner. nothing to export when nobody is buying, when/if that occurs. the US and China are joined at the heart until china weens itself away... assuming the demand factor can be replaced on a one for one.

bubble timing is of course beyond science and barely qualifies as an art although knowing about it remains part of the prime financial directive for explorers charting courses on the Enterprise <g>
