dear tdl4138 (thats a rather odd name) you've lost me. i am looking at the s-3a pg 10(recent developements). of the $5 mill original debentures issued between dec 96 and jan 97, the new agreement exchanges $2,637,500 for $3,339,000 a difference of around 700k. how does that explain a $2 million dollar gap? i'm trying real hard to understand but i guess i must be a quart low on brain juice. will you help before i throw a main bearing tanxs dave u
