I work for Summitrak at TCI and we were told today that the contract would be signed this morning. Apparently there are two separate transactions-one the purchase of Summitrak related assets for $106mm and other considerations and a 15 year contract to perform the billing function for TCI. "looks like we've been traded." Well just have to keep an open mind and see what CSGS is about.
