Hi Marshall,

I think by this time everyone expects RAIN to beat estimates by at least 10% and I think just meeting estimates will not be received very well especially if there's not a new COO by that time.

Another thing to watch is Woodfield which was down 11% from 2Q '96 in same store sales. Of course that's better than the -14% in 1Q or the 15% 4Q '96. Supposedly Woodfield was almost flat in terms of same store sales for July and that is a good sign. But it better be flat or trending up in same store sales when the 4Q earnings are announced. Also, with DW revs of $9 million and Southcoast about $1 million for the first month that leaves $13.6 in revs for the other five units combined or about $2.7 million per unit. Last year during the second Q Woodfield and MOA produced around $6.2 in revenues with Gurnee kicking in $900K during its first month. That's about an $3.1 million dollar average per unit. (It's a pity they won't give us a unit by unit breakdown anymore. Kind of irritating too). At anyrate that leaves me wondering how revs at Tyson's and Sawgrass are trending.

Here's the latest incase you missed it on the GND/TOWVQ fiasco. Funny how the same names kept popping up on RAIN 144's earlier in the year.
