Dave, (That's his name too, BTW) Thanks for looking through the S3/A. I'm glad I'm not the only one for which things don't quite add up. What are the original dates and original amounts of those debentures. Keep in mind that the reason that the company had to pay out an additional $700,000 was because they did properly account for the transactions and where not able to authorize additional shares. Joe
