Not sure about that<g> I doubt there is any. I read that 70% housing loans are from state-owned bank, which none of them have done IPO yet. On the other hand, in case of the bubble bursts, all the state-owned banks will be hit hard, again. the blow-out of the last real estate bubble in China has left 10 Trillion Yuan bad debts for state-owned banks. This time would be worse in case it happens again.
