As I understand it from Oakley, the Nike lawsuit has to do with the an "X" as in X-metal appearing on a beret than Jordan is wearing in a particular ad. Once they found out the exact details of Jordan's deal with Nike, they attempted to stop these particular ads from appearing. Apparently some ads that have already gone to press will appear next week. If the situation is as Oakley portrays, it's a non-issue -- they still can use Jordan.
