joe...i was was in when all this stuff went down, but there is another thing that i don't understand. that is the time frame of the conversion. i,m sure that without the shares being properly registered that threw everthing out of wack. it seam that i recall july somethingish was the time that this floorless business started. in the s-3 and the s-3a it appears that conversion was already going on. you thoughts. ps i'm partial to those crazy brits. regards dave u
