This was interesting. Since no insurance company on the planet will cover any business deals made with Iraq now, the Bush people have taken it upon the US government (i.e. the taxpayers) to indemnify ALL business agreements made between Bechtel, Haliburton, etc., et al. Should a hostile business climate arise in the region, no problemo.
