This was interesting. Since no insurance company on the planet will cover any business deals made with Iraq now, the Bush people have taken it upon the US government (i.e. the taxpayers) to indemnify ALL business agreements made between Bechtel, Haliburton, etc., et al. Should a hostile business climate arise in the region, no problemo. The American taxpayers will be more than happy to cover your multibillion dollar azzez so (unlike our young soldiers who have put ALL at risk for this president's war) poor downtrodden big business won't have to place itself at any risk whatsoever.
