"See how it works? Jobs creation was the major missing link in the answer to the question of the century, i.e., is the current economic recovery spurt sustainable? And while the pundits had no choice but to content themselves in the interim (until those missing jobs were uncovered by the miracle of revisions) with touting the fact that although we weren't creating jobs, we had stopped eliminating them. Remember that spew? The buzz word at that time was 'stabilized.' And now, 'stabilized' has just been rendered obsolete by virtue of the newfound positions -- working the calendar back three months! (But who's counting, eh?)"
