Joe: I just spoke to Susan Adams a few minutes ago and explained to her what you're trying to do. She thought it might be a good idea for you to call the office and speak to Chip Sexton or Ed Penick to get a better handle on some of the issues you are struggling with. She promised that if you called the office this afternoon, she would make sure that you speak to either Chip or Ed (i.e., if they're not immediately available, she ensured me that they would be made available in order to address your questions). Why don't you call the office and speak to Susan first (1-800-950-3304). She will be expecting your call. Then she can connect you with either Chip or Ed to deal with specific issues. BTW, I applaud your due diligence, and I hope you get all of your questions answered to your satisfaction. Please give them a call and then post the results if you learn anything insightful.
