You are saying he didn't believe France and Germany and inspections finding little or nothing could stop us from going in. There is nothing certain about that, IMO. There is also the fact that he probably knew he would lose even if he did use what he had...and knew he would be condemned even by you if he did. Naw, he's got you working against America now, and he likes it that way. Dan B.
