Because history will show he lied to get this war, refused peace and that he got caught up in a time-worn quagmire where his constituents lay dead and wounded, with the blood of non-American innocents everywhere. History is not uniquely an American thing; history is a perspective with worldwide ramifications. I think Bush will be known as the president who provided fuel to the widening Terrorist Wars. The world's only hope is that Bush-Cheney do not get reelected. By the way, I'm still waiting for the moment when Blair finally spills the beans on what happened. I think that'll come sooner, rather than later.
