Oh, I got it the first time, but you still are not making much sense. Instability whatever its source spills over. It has ramifications and international consequences.

Or do you think the present "internal" instability in SA is going to be only relevant to SA?

You think the "internal" instability of Iran in the 1970s was only relevant to Iran?

The distinction reminds me of a French intellectual's need to meaninglessly and endlessly categorize while ignoring the fact that the categories mean nothing.

I agree that the post-war planning was not the best. So what. Is it a reason to abandon Iraq? I don't think so.
