The chart the last few weeks hints that a financing may be in the works,...run up on no news allowing shorts to be placed, then financing in the $7.00-7.50 range. The $70 million they had in August won't last long with today's burn rates. Strike while the iron's hot!

Might be an idea to place a stink bid at $7
