I copied the following information from Vasomedical:

"Investor Relations
For information about business prospects of Vasomedical, Inc., please call Natalie Karp at 516-997-4600 x 776 or 516-625-9483."

You should be able to get the information you want from Ms. Karp. I have called her six times and left my number for her to answer. In her message she said she would. So far I have received no response.
