Exactly... If you watch carefully, every major terrorist incident has been timed for major political gains in legislation and budget.

These incidents are also preceeded by stories such as that one to guage public reaction and set expectations. We've been given the "dirty bomb" expectation for 18 months now.

Some predict the next incident will happen if the pres popularity falls below 40%. We're getting there. Head for the hills, and bring your plastic and duct tape.
