...I have a busy travel schedule, so public posting is sporadic.
I use horizontal support lines and trendlines. I draw these in where I think they should be, rather than compute them. I use weekly and daily charts with linear price scales. Recently, I have been studying the works of Steve Nison regarding Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques, and have incorporated that into my charts. I use web-based chart generators (ie., InvesTools, PCQuote, etc) as the data source for charts.
Considering all these new, software-driven T/A platforms, I guess I'm somewhat of a dinosaur {grin}. Still, I manage to make between 15% and 25% gain per quarter when I'm active, and that encourages me. I've enjoyed lurking here and reading your posts for some time... I just thought it was time to get a little more involved. Best regards,
