CALANDRA OWNS SHARES OF FRIEDMANS PRIVATE COMPANY AFRICAN MINERALS

After we called CBS Marketwatch's General Legal Counsel - Doug Appleton, Thom Calandra suddenly gushes disclosure about the other Friedland investments he owns... Why? HE'S RUNNING SCARED AND TRYING TO COVER HIS ASS...

I'd guess CBS's legal required it and... To make sure he did everything possible to cover his ass before the SEC investigates... Or CBS & CBS Marketwatch get sued...

I strongly suspect the SEC will get involved and CBS and CBS Marketwatch will be sued... I'd also be willing to bet CBS Marketwatch's Doug Appleton is fired...

Just my opinion... we'll see...

Next post is Calandra's most recent writing on IVAN... Notice he attempts to justify IVAN's valuation:

"based on anticipated cash flow the next two
years from oil wells in China, California, Texas, and now Wyoming"

Gee wiz Thom, IVAN needs to drill wells, actually hit gas/oil and more importantly find money to do all of that before IVAN has "cash flow"?

Current cash flow comes from 7 china wells at approx 500bbl/day and 30ish very low margin California wells.. all of which (2.4mm last Q) fails to cover IVAN's operating expenses. I wonder how IVAN's suddenly going to get "cash flow" when they need to:

1. Raise money to do the exploration first;
2. Get luck and hit some producing wells;
3. Finish any productive wells.

How in the world does Thom Calandra figure IVAN will find/get cash flow that justifies a BILLION DOLLAR MARKET CAP? There is no absolutely no justification for that statement other than to pump the stock for his own benefit.

FYI this message was forwarded to Doug Appleton CBS Marketwatch Legal Counsel and the SEC
