Alright Faris, lets talk about AIPN and the "political and economical" risks it, according Strain Consultants, may encounter.
STRAIN points out that "the primary economic problem that we forsee is moving the oil to world markets in a timely and cost effective manner." They point out that Russia will be against any non-Russian oil competing against their own exports since the existing pipeline runs through Russian territory. They also mention that their are "numerous other difficult sitiations" including U.S. opposition to a pipeline through Iran and problems between Azerbaijan and its neighbors.

All in all, the report does admit that there is a very HIGH probability that there are large amounts of oil in the concession territory but rather are concerned with the political maneuvering that needs to be done in order to transport the oil to world markets.

what are you thoughts on the report?
