Problem with Charts

I have some problems retrieving readable charts. Usually I have problems retrieving 30 and 60 minute charts, but the problem occurs in the other views like the 5 minute and daily views too. I've tried using linear charts rather than log charts in some cases. It doesn't work in all cases though. I think it is because some of the chart values are missing. The charts often show extreme values like zero or infinity which tends to distort the charts. Is is possible to correct this issue, to replace the extreme value with something less extreme like the previous day's closing price, with a data-value post-processor or enhancement to the graph display program?
