Nitinol home page has good descriptions of stents and I read an article on BX (balloon expandable) vs. SX (self expandable) stents which by itself I found worthwhile for my education. This time it was a fellow who calls himself "stockbrain" (I can't imagine a woman choosing that for a pseudonym) who is an ardent positive poster on the yahoo board. Anyway, this site should be added to my source of good educational material on SRDX business. Today, also, a new president/COO is named. Amazing qualifications for 47 years old. My only concern is that to have done so much in so few years he might not stick with anything long. Bruce Barclay is it? BS chemistry and something else, a patent lawyer, been a ceo for a while in San Jose. It's impressive all right. And I suspect SRDX is interesting and diverse enough to keep his interest. I notice this URL doesn't highlight itself for clicking but I pasted it in my address block and it worked fine. (PS. found other addresses before edit period over.) When you get there click the literature section which is where I found my article and another larger one entitled "survey of stent design".
