Ted, basically it all comes down to this. You like Soros and agree with his views, so his millions are OK. You don't like Issa, you don't agree with his views or his recall efforts, and you question his motives and character, so his millions are evil.

Now tell me how campaign finance reform, or any other law, is supposed to distinguish between the "good" money and the "evil" money. In any case, CPR is supposed to get well-financed "special interests" out of politics and keep them from influencing government away from the interests of the people. Think Issa wasn't representing the interests of the people? Davis just got recalled by a 55-45 margin. Think Soros is? Obviously he's representing your views.
