It's satellite and not telecom or internet.so it's lagging.... as for PACT...guess the price was already built in... CCCI is down almost all day too...don't know what to make of that yet. Loaded up the last time is hit $1 ATS was a great buy at $2 just a couple weeks ago, so it's made a great run to 2.80+ or so....ready for this pullback It tends to sit and spring CC
