Steve, no comment on volume fluctuation. I'm not a tecnician; volume has occassionally spiked during its history and it didn't fortell anything most of the time as I recall. One thing I look at is employee growth, which is best indicator of company growth from my view. During last few quarters it has shown good growth. I look forward to next report and hope it continues. Stock is very cheap versus competitors, BUT only hope for appreciation is steady increases in earnings. best.......Bill
