Bob Kerrey slit the throats of children? Where did you hear that rubbish? More hypocritical right-wing disinformation? Navy SEALS like Kerrey did assassinate people in Nam for the CIA. It was called Operation Phoenix. It's one of those dark chapters of the CIA which created the reforms right-wingers now bash as weak and un-American. I have studied Operation Phoenix and have never heard any accounts of them killing children. Perhaps if they were spotted and a kid was going to give them away, they might silence the kid, but that's just one of those awful choices in warfare.
