Operation Pheonix proved the Vietnam War had gone mad.
The SEALS were used as terrorists. They'd slip into a village without being seen or heard and slit throats. "The green ghosts" they were called by the villagers. The SEALS though should not be held accountable. They were just obeying orders from above.
