future is coming my friuend, and buddy buddy brokers cant fleese the public. There are some very good brokers out there, and if you want one you should get one. However if You are internet savy why pay full comish? Why do I need to seek out diferent brokers for difering listings. That is whta they do in NY and LI(Hamptons) and frankly its a mess, sellers not maximizing their value and buyers only getting certain listings. Preventing a non open market only helps full service brokers.
