I have been trying to clarify a few things about AFTY and CNTK. In AFTY Feb. new release they indicated that the rights to several TV shows and the advertising that goes along with the show were worth $15M to be forth coming (3rd or 4th Qtr.) AFTY sold the TV division to CNTK. AFTY stock share drop to $.25 from around $2. I called AFTY last week. The rights and the advertising went to CNTK as well. No news is available on CNTK. I called their office last week no information available to me yet, but one thing I know they own the rights and should receive a good part of the rev. AFTY stated that they defaulted and wanted to keep all their hard work going forward (fruits of our lador). CNTK is trading at $.10 and has been stable there for some time. CNTK gapped to $.13 today on the ask. Also, AFTY kept 7.5 M shares of CNTK to be distributed and additionally are offering AFTY shareholders warrents to buy CNTK at a future price of $2. Is it me, I'm I missing something....someone help me figure this out! Anyway buying CNTK at $.10...maybe I'm not seeing the light. All the information is there ...investigate for yourself
